Returns Policy

Refunds and Exchanges are at the discretion of the management of Alpha Technical Solutions.

Any item may be returned within 14 days from date of purchase, in its original (packaged) condition for a refund of the price you paid for the item.

To return an item:

1. Please Contact Us – quoting your order number and giving details of the nature of the return. A member of our Customer Services Team will contact you to let you know when you will receive a refund once the Return is approved.
2. Once you have been notified by a member of our Customer Services Team confirming that you are eligible to receive a refund, please ship the item to the following address:

   For your protection Alpha Technical Solutions. recommends that you use a recorded delivery service to return the refunded item to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received and cannot issue a refund unless we receive the returned item.
3. If you require an exchange our Customer Services Team will be happy to process this for you, providing the value of the exchanged item is similar to the item you are returning. Please include written details or your original order returning the goods.

Please Note:

• All return and re-shipping charges are the Customer’s liability.
• Alpha Technical Solutions. will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.

This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
